So, are we basically saying that:
3 - kids are worthless
2 - remain silent
1 - lose
What we should be saying instead is: See children for who they want to be, and listen to who they are telling you they are." So basically:
3 - listen to children
2 - hear children (hear them out)
1 - encourage
Encourage children to advocate for themselves, to voice their opinions and to exercise their tongues!
